I am most inspired by the colors and textures that I see in nature.
ReplyDeleteColors and patterns both inspire me. I love to use fabrics in the same fabric line and sometimes mix something else from a different fabric line. I'm pretty good at picking fabrics that go well together. Then I find a pattern I like, really the pattern is the starting point. I love new fabric lines and new books such as this wonderful Springtime in The Rockies. And, since I was born and raised in Colorado, love the Rockies.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE precuts everything coordinates, it makes it all so much easier, for me at least. I can't match very well, precuts have made such a huge difference in my quilting. I can now buy some precut fabric and pick 1or 2 as main colors, so much easier. I love all the colors, like a fabric bouquet in a small package. ;-> Toni Anne
ReplyDeleteWhat inspires me are all the fabulous fabrics that are out there now. I'm a recently returning sewer who has been out of touch, and I had no idea there was so much offered out there now. It's so addicting.
ReplyDeleteI am inspired by a lot of blogs! To see all the wonderful things made, pictures and quilters sharing great tutorials, in that being so generous with their time and effort- amazing! I also just love many of the new fabric lines coming out, and keep thinking about what and how to make things... That gives me inspiration!!!
ReplyDeleteI go to a lot of blogs and that inspires me. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI'm inspired by the countryside around me! I live in the depths of the English countryside!
ReplyDeleteThe fall colors always inspire me. That really is an awesome book that you are giving away to some lucky quilter. One to be treasured forever and even passed down to another loved one. Thank you for joining in the Book tour.
