The Great Pattern Hack :: Sanae Ishida!

Yes! Two hacks from Sanae Ishida for the Great Pattern Hack! She turned the Southport Dress (by True Bias) into a romper AND a top...

 I think it's time to take the romper plunge- I'm so inspired by this look! Sanae featured the Indigo Collection Bias Weave. It looks so fresh and perfect for a day at the park :)

For her second hack, she turned the Southport Dress into a strappy top...
Featured above is Cotton Couture in Midnite. Cotton Couture is soft and drapable which you can see in the photo. It's great for garments!

The Great Pattern Hack :: Celina Bailey (Part 2)!

For part 2 of the Great Pattern Hack, Celina chose the Twisted Trousers pattern (by Laura of Titchy Threads). Again, she knocked it out of the park with an amazing photoshoot! 
 Fabric featured above--
1. main print is Glitz Bars in color Earth
2. Coordinating solid is Cotton Couture  in color Shell

For the hack, Celina lowered the pockets so that you can see more of the contrast and she added ribbed cuffs at the hem. 
 The setting sun shining on the metallic is fantastic! I also love how the gold stands out against the dark background of the photograph below. So dramatic!

The Great Pattern Hack :: Celina Bailey! (Part 1)

WOW! Such a great photoshoot from Celina of petit à petit & family! The colors are spectacular!
For the Great Pattern Hack, Celina hacked the Sunki Dress by Figgy's. She featured Seedling by Thomas Paul-
1. Main print: Growl
2. Striped side panels: Pavilion Stripe
 Celina hacked the dress into a Sunki Jumpsuit which is so perfect for an active kid who loves to run and jump :) She also made it sleeveless.
 How crazy cool are these photos?!? and the backgrounds? and that model?! :)

The Great Pattern Hack :: Skirt As Top!

I was hoping that some of our talented bloggers/makers would choose to work with Seedling for the Great Pattern Hack! Kristin, of Skirt as Top, is one of them!!

She added pockets (because, they're the best :), lowered the neckline and made the back zipper exposed.
